Sports Alerts is operated by Tennessee Maker Co. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Sports Alerts website and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information. If you create an account or subscribe to Pro, our membership provider, Memberstack, collects your email address and the details needed to manage your membership.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe through Memberstack. We never see or store your full card number.
• Settings stored on your device. Your alert settings, pinned games, alert history, and display preferences are saved in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to operate and secure the site.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited, how long visits last, and general device and location information. Google collects this through cookies and similar technologies, and its privacy policy applies. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Third-party data sources

Scores and game data load directly from your browser from public sports data services, including ESPN and MLB. Those services receive your IP address and browser information as part of each request, and their own privacy policies apply.

How we use information

We use your information to provide and secure the site, manage your account and subscription, and respond to your messages. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Cookies

Memberstack uses cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics uses cookies to measure site usage. We do not use cookies for advertising.

Your choices

You can clear locally stored settings at any time through your browser. To access, correct, or delete your account information, or to cancel your subscription, sign in and manage your profile, or email us at tennesseemakerco@gmail.com.

Children

Sports Alerts is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
