These terms govern your use of Sports Alerts, a website operated by Tennessee Maker Co. ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

The service

Sports Alerts shows live scores and game information and alerts you when games match situations you choose. Game data comes from third-party sources we don't control. It may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and alerts may fire late or not at all. For example, your device may sleep, your browser may pause the tab, or a data source may be unavailable.

No reliance

Sports Alerts is for entertainment and information only. Don't rely on it for betting, wagering, or any other decision where timing or accuracy matters.

Accounts and Pro subscriptions

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Pro is a paid monthly subscription, billed through our membership provider (Memberstack, with payments by Stripe). Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
• Pro is currently in beta. Features and pricing may change. We'll tell you before any price change applies to your subscription.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. For example, don't try to get around Pro access controls, disrupt the service, or scrape or resell its content.

Intellectual property

The Sports Alerts site and its design belong to Tennessee Maker Co. Team and league names, logos, and marks belong to their owners and appear only to identify teams and games. Sports Alerts is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league or team.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Tennessee Maker Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses from missed, late, or incorrect alerts or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
