Scores & Alerts ("we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Scores & Alerts website and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Subscription information. Pro subscriptions are sold and managed by Polar, our merchant of record, which collects the email address and billing details needed for your purchase. Polar shares your email address and subscription details with us so we can support you, and Polar's privacy policy applies to what it collects.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by Polar and its payment processors. We never see or store your card number.
• Information stored on your device. Your settings, preferences, and Pro subscription details are saved in your browser. They stay on your device, except that your subscription details are shared with Polar to confirm your subscription.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs to operate and secure the site.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited, how long visits last, and general device and location information. Google collects this through cookies and similar technologies, and its privacy policy applies.

We keep subscription information while your subscription is active and afterwards only as needed for tax, accounting and legal records.

Third-party data sources

Scores and game data load directly in your browser from third-party sports data providers, which receive your IP address and whose own privacy policies apply.

How we use information

We use your information to provide and secure the site, provide and support your Pro subscription, and respond to your messages. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can clear the settings stored on your device at any time through your browser. To stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or use your browser's settings to block or delete cookies. To remove Pro from a device, log out from the account menu. To cancel your subscription, update your payment details, or see your invoices, use Polar's customer portal, linked from the account menu.
