What sports are included?
NBA, WNBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, college football (ACC, American, Big 12, Big Ten, Conference USA, MAC, Mountain West, Pac-12, SEC, Sun Belt), men's and women's college basketball (the same conferences, plus the Big East), MLS, the NWSL, and top European soccer (Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1). Every league is included in both plans.
How do alerts work?
Free alerts fire at a point in the game you pick, like an inning, quarter, period, or minute. Pro adds scenario alerts built from each sport's game situation (outs and runners on base, down and yards to goal, score difference, and more), so you're alerted to the exact situations you're watching for.
How quickly do alerts arrive?
The Free plan checks for your alerts every 5 minutes, and Pro every 20 seconds. Scores come from sports feeds, which can run a little behind the broadcast, so alerts arrive shortly after the play rather than at the same moment.
Do I need to keep the page open?
Yes. Alerts play a sound and show on screen while a sport's page is open in your browser. There are no push notifications or app to install. Pro's Stay Awake keeps your screen from going to sleep, so checks don't stop.
How many devices can I use?
One subscription works on up to 5 devices, and each browser you turn Pro on in counts as one. To add one, open the account menu there, choose Activate Pro and paste your Pro key. To free one, choose Log out in the account menu on a device you no longer use, or manage your devices in your customer portal.
Am I locked into a contract?
No contracts. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.
