These terms govern your use of Scores & Alerts ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

The service

Scores & Alerts shows live scores and game information and alerts you when games match situations you choose. Game data comes from third-party sources we don't control, so it may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and alerts may arrive late or not at all.

No reliance

Scores & Alerts is for entertainment and information only. Don't rely on it for any decision where timing or accuracy matters.

Pro subscriptions

• Pro is a paid monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel, sold by Polar, our merchant of record, and Polar's terms also apply to your purchase. A free trial becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
• Your Pro key gives access to your subscription, so keep it private. It works on up to 5 devices at a time.
• You can cancel at any time in Polar's customer portal and keep Pro until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled under Polar's refund policy.
• Pro is in beta, so features and pricing may change. We'll tell you before a price change applies to you. If we discontinue Pro, you keep it until the end of your current billing period and won't be charged again.

Intellectual property

The site and its design belong to us. Team and league names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify teams and games. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by any league or team.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses from missed, late, or incorrect alerts or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, shares a Pro key beyond their own devices, or misuses or resells the service.

Other terms

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and Polar's terms for your purchase are the whole agreement between us about the site.
